أعرب الدولي المصري محمد صلاح نجم ليفربول الإنجليزي، عن سعادته بقيادة فريقه للفوز على مانشستر سيتي، ضمن الجولة 11 من البريميرليج على ملعب أنفيلد.

محمد صلاح قاد ليفربول للفوز بهدف نظيف على مانشستر سيتي، في مبارة مثيرة جمعت بين الفريقين اليوم الأحد.

وقال محمد صلاح في تصريحات لشبكة “سكاي” البريطانية: “لا داعي للتفكير باللقب في الوقت الحالي، أنا شخصيًا سأقاتل دائمًا للفوز باللقب، ولكننا بحاجة إلى التركيز أكثر والتركيز في كل مباراة على حدة”.

وشدد: “يجب أن نكون في وضع أفضل، اللاعبون متحمسون للفوز، وهذا الفوز تحديدًا سيمنحنا الثقة ودفعة قوية للمباريات القادمة”.

وأردف: “مانشستر سيتي دائمًا ما يكون صعبًا علينا سواء على أرضنا أو أرضهم، لكن الأهم هو الحصول على الثلاث نقاط”.

وواصل: “لا أشعر بالقلق عندما أهدر فرصة، وأعلم أنها ستأتي مرة أخرى، أشعر بالقلق فقط عندما لا تكون هناك فرص من الأساس”.

واختتم: “صنعنا الفرص اليوم، وكنت أعرف أنني سأسجل عندما تأتي الفرصة الثانية لي، حاولت فقط أن أبقى مركزًا، وأضع الكرة في الشباك، وكنت محظوظًا”.

يلتقي فريق مانشستر يونايتد الإنجليزي، مساء اليوم الخميس، مع خصمه أومونيا نيقوسيا القبرصي في إطار منافسات الدوري الأوروبي.

ويستضيف ملعب “الأولد ترافورد” مباراة الفريقين في الجولة الرابعة من دور مجموعات الدوري الأوروبي، موسم 2022/23.

Newcastle United are one of the clubs interested in Fenerbache centre-back Attila Szalai, according to Sky Sports News. 

The lowdown

With less than two weeks remaining in the January transfer window, the Magpies are in the market for a central defender. Newcastle have conceded 43 goals in their 20 Premier League matches so far – an average of 2.15 per game – and their record for expected goals against is the worst in the division.

They had hoped to sign Sven Botman from Lille, but encountered so much resistance from the reigning French champions that they opted to move on to other targets.

Szalai was at the centre of a bizarre episode last month when Hungary manager Marco Rossi declared that a move to Chelsea was a ‘done deal’, only for no transfer to materialise.

The latest

According to Sky Sports News, Newcastle are rivalling fellow Premier League club West Ham United and Serie A giants AC Milan in the race for Szalai’s signature.

The expectation is that he would cost somewhere ‘in the region’ of £16.7m.

The verdict

Szalai has been a regular in his first full season in Turkey following a move from Apollon Limassol a year ago, starting 17 out of a possible 21 Super Lig matches and four out of six Europa League group stage games.

His ‘progression’ in Istanbul has been hailed as ‘unbelievable’ by football journalist Ben Bocsak, while he also played every minute for Hungary in their ‘Group of Death’ at last summer’s European Championship, taking on Portugal, France and Germany.

The defender was one of his country’s standout performers at the finals, leading the way for passes into the final third over any other player and also ranking highly for ball recoveries. That was enough to earn him a spot in Squawka’s under-23 team of the tournament.

This is all really encouraging for Newcastle fans as their club pursue a much-needed defensive reinforcement.

A team performance with both bat and ball was behind Ireland’s victory, as no batsman made more than 19 and the wickets were shared around by the bowlers.Despite their defeats to USA and Afghanistan, Scotland still had an outside chance of sneaking through to the next stage of the tournament coming in to this game. Had they won today, they would have drawn level on two points with Ireland and USA. With Ireland scoring 136 for 7, Scotland had to chase down the runs in 14.5 overs or less in order to overtake Ireland’s net run rate.Their innings lay in tatters within the first two overs, however, as Peter Connell and Trent Johnston ripped through the top order to reduce Scotland to 6 for 4. After Connell got rid of Fraser Watts and Gavin Hamilton in consecutive balls, Andre Botha held onto two chances at a well-positioned short third man off Johnston as Richie Berrington and Neil McCallum slashed wildly at deliveries outside off stump. Midfielders Hatate and Ideguchi have penned four-and-a-half-year contracts, whereas forward Maeda has joined on loan with a transfer becoming permanent in the summer.

Agbonlahor, who regularly features on talkSPORT, was talking to Football Insider regarding the New Year’s Eve moves for the Japanese trio.

Here’s what he had to say in reply, labelling the moves as ‘amazing business’.

“You’ve got time with the winter break to see what they can do.

“Get them working together, get them used to their new teammates.

“I’m sure they’re very, very good players and it could turn out to be amazing business for Celtic.

“They’ve now got a group of people who can help each other. They are from the same country so that’s going to help them settle in more.

“It’s looking positive for Celtic.”

The Verdict: Shrewd signings

The Hoops have already reaped the rewards from the J1 League market with Kyogo Furuhahsi’s £4.86m move in the summer, and it seems as if Hatate, Ideguchi and Maeda could cost less all combined. [Transfermarkt]

Hatate is a versatile midfielder who helped his previous employers win back-to-back titles, Ideguchi has been back playing regularly following a troubled spell with Leeds United, while Maeda has just come off the best goalscoring year of his career.

So, overall, Celtic appear to have got themselves three bargains, and there could well be more additions to come before the end of the month, with a move for teenage talent Johnny Kenny expected to be wrapped up imminently.

O Cruzeiro prepara uma proposta ao São Paulo para garantir a permanência do volante Hudson na Toca da Raposa para o ano que vem. O jogador está emprestado ao clube de Belo Horizonte até o fim desta temporada e seu desejo é permanecer em Minas Gerais e disputar a Copa Libertadores de 2018. Os cruzeirenses tentarão comprar 50% dos direitos do atleta, o que garante ao Tricolor 25% de uma venda futura.

O meio-campista tem a totalidade de seus direitos divididos em partes iguais entre o São Paulo e um grupo de investidores. A ideia dos mineiros é comprar metade dos direitos pertencentes ao Tricolor (ou seja, 25% do total) por aproximadamente R$ 3 milhões. Além disso, comprariam futuramente metade dos direitos dos investidores (mais 25% do total) pelo mesmo valor.

Desta forma, caso a proposta seja aceita, o Cruzeiro teria 25% da fatia do atleta, enquanto o Tricolor ficaria com os mesmos 25% e o grupo de investidores se manteria com 50% do valor total, mas com metade desta quantia prevista para uma futura venda à Raposa.

Na quinta-feira (21), o empresário do atleta, Luciano Couto, se reunirá com a diretoria do São Paulo para tentar um acordo. Neste momento, a ideia do Cruzeiro ceder alguns atletas à equipe de Dorival Júnior com o propósito de abater o valor está descartada. Isto porque, os jogadores pedidos pelo Tricolor possuem valor de mercado alto e o clube de Belo Horizonte espera contar com eles para a próxima temporada.

No fim do ano passado, assim que Rogério Ceni assumiu o comando técnico do Tricolor, o volante Hudson foi envolvido em uma troca pelo atacante Neilton, que tinha feito um bom Campeonato Brasileiro com as cores do Botafogo. Vai sobrar para quem? No meio de uma crise, o Flamengo encara um fim de temporada muito complicado, com cobranças, protestos e frustração. Contratado a pedido da torcida, o técnico Reinaldo Rueda ainda está longe de ser considerado o principal culpado, afinal chegou há menos de três meses no Rio. Já os jogadores estão cada vez mais pressionados. Os resultados estão aquém das expectativas, e o departamento de futebol não está imune, pelo contrário. No entanto, o discurso de crítica no clube ganhou tom coletivo. Evita-se a ‘fritura’ pública de um ou nome ou outro.

Na sexta-feira, o diretor executivo do futebol, Rodrigo Caetano, concedeu uma entrevista coletiva garantiu que há uma grande cobrança interna por melhores resultados.

-Nós temos papel de cobrar desempenho, sempre será feito. Mas não vamos dar qualquer tipo de show para fora, exposição interna, não acredito nisso – comentou o dirigente.

Após a derrota de 1 a 0 para o Coritiba, foram ouvidos gritos no vestiário do Flamengo no Couto Pereira. Diante das câmeras, porém, nada de críticas individuais.

Recentemente, o vice-presidente de futebol, Ricardo Lomba, garantiu que a cobrança é forte no Flamengo e que os jogadores ficam indignados com resultados ruins.

Mesmo que não seja dito publicamente, o desempenho do time na Sul-Americana será determinante para o futuro de várias pessoas no clube. Caetano jamais foi unanimidade no Flamengo, mas tem o respaldo do presidente Eduardo Bandeira de Mello. A ‘barca’ ao fim do ano terá nomes de atletas pouco aproveitados por Rueda, como Conca, Mancuello e Vaz. Porém, ela pode crescer consideravelmente em caso de mais uma decepção. Não conquistar uma vaga pelo menos na pré-Libertadores é algo impensável neste momento.

Vale lembrar que o Flamengo investiu cerca de R$ 60 milhões em contratações na temporada. Os reforços foram muito festejados pela torcida, mas o desempenho do time é decepcionante.

-Sem dúvida a performance não foi boa. O que foi diferente ano passado, mesmo quando não tínhamos estádio. Tivemos muita oscilação, natural que atletas que chegaram no meio do ano também. A forma como conseguiram nos vencer fora de casa não condiz com o esperado. A expectativa foi alta por conta de tudo que vem se fazendo de correto. Melhoramos o elenco. اجتمعت صباح اليوم الجمعية العامة، العادية، وغير العادية لشركة غزل المحلة لكرة القدم، حيث تقدم مجلس إدارة الشركة باستقالته للجمعية، بكامـل تشكيلـه، المكـون من: المهنـدس علي العباسي (رئيـس مجلـس الإدارة والعضـو المنتـدب)، والكابتـن عمـر عبد الله (عضوًا)، والكابتن خالد كرم (عضوًا)؛ وتم قبول الاستقالـة، وتوجيـه الشكر لهم على ما بذلوه من مجهودات كبيرة في الفتـرة السابقـة.

وقررت الجمعية تعيين المجلس الجديد للشركة، حيث جاء التشكيـل كالتالي:
